- 1st category – the biggest 6 cities in Bulgaria – Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Ruse, Stara Zagora.
- 2nd category - cities with population from 150 000 to 50 000 population.
- 3rd category - cities with population from 50 000 to 10 000 population.
- 4th category – small cities under 10 000 population.
